The Vintage Barn Market at in the SPRING for our 10TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION will be back at The Chilliwack Heritage Park on April 25, 26, + 27, 2025. With over 12,000 attendees, and 150+ perfectly curated pop-up, vintage+handmade vendors, you do NOT want to miss out! 

PLEASE READ:

Applications will be accepted starting January 15th, 2025 through to January 31st, 2025. Accepted applicants will be notified by February 4th, 2025. Vendors can still apply after January 31st, but will be placed on our waiting list in the event a space becomes available. After January 31st, you will be emailed back and invited personally if there is a cancellation - due to a constant influx of emails, we do not reply to any online applicants after the application window is closed, but please trust we have seen your application and will get in touch if you’re a fit!

Booth Sizes + Costs (not including GST)

10x10 booth: $429.00 +GST
10x10 corner: $509.00 +GST
10x20 booth: $675.00 +GST
10x20 corner: $755.00 +GST

Upon acceptance, you will be notified via email with an attached contract that must be completed. Payment is required by February 14th or your spot will be immediately given to a vendor on the waiting list. 

Please Note: Absolutely NO direct sales/MLM will be accepted due to the nature of the show (monat, arbonne, young living, avon, jamberry, scentsy, etc.)
